Calf pasteurizer machine using plate heat exchanger LTLT

The claimed calf milk pasteurizer can pasteurize 500-1000 liters of milk in 70 minutes. The power consumption of this device is 2.5 kW and the milk is pasteurized faster with less power consumption than the current devices.
When the device is not used, It can produce 500 liters of hot water at 75 C and is washable with Sodium hydroxide (Caustic Soda) and acid while maintaining a washing temperature of 75. C (CIP).
Pasteurization of milk for feeding calves of industrial cattle is used to prevent disease and increase the weight of calves and has been implemented in Abdolreza Khazaei Livestock and Agriculture Complex (Industrial cattle breeding unit) . The results of microbial load testing (ALP tests) of pasteurized milk by this device indicate that the microbial load of milk has been zeroed and the milk has been adequately pasteurised after pasteurization by this device.
